Het C-Mine Jazz Festival was heel erg leuk om te doen. Het Genkse Cultureel Centrum is gehuisvest in de prachtige gebouwen van een oude koolmijn. Heel indrukwekkend! Frank Vaganée en z’n trio speelden een korte set van 45 minuten en wij zorgden voor afwisselend abstracte visuals en sfeervolle tekeningen…

The C-Mine Jazz Festival was very nice to play at. The Cultural Centre of Genk is located in the awesome buildings of an old coalmine. Very impressive! Frank Vaganée and his trio played a short set of 45 minutes and we provided a mix of abstract visuals and moody drawings…

Cyclop Max werd door de KULeuven uitgenodigd om een workshop te geven en op te treden als “artistieke peter” voor twee winnaars van het FacultySTARs programma, Evert Van Deun en Vincent De Roeck, aka Visual Trippin’ Paint of Perception. We werkten met hen met de tagtool en onderzochten enkele mogelijkheden om hun in MSPaint gemaakte werk te projecteren.

Cyclop Max was invited by the University of Leuven (KULeuven) to do a workshop and become the artistic coach for two winners of the FacultySTARs programme, Evert Van Deun en Vincent De Roeck, aka Visual Trippin’ Paint of Perception. We did some work with the tagtool and explored some possibilities for the STARs to project their work made in MSPaint.
